1. Thermal Break Aluminium Window & Door Systems

Featuring an integrated polyamide insulating strip separating the interior and exterior aluminium profiles, Thermal Break systems eliminate heat bridging, preventing outside heat and condensation from entering the home.

• Profile Thickness: Heavy 1.6mm to 2.0mm extruded prime aluminium alloys (6063-T5).
• Surface Finishing: AkzoNobel Qualicoat electrostatic powder coating in Charcoal Grey, Metallic Bronze, Jet Black, or Anodized Champagne finishes.

2. Multi-Chamber German Standard U-PVC Profiles

Lead-free, UV-stabilized U-PVC frames built with internal galvanized steel chamber reinforcements for zero distortion under intense sunlight. Naturally non-conductive, U-PVC provides superior thermal U-values (under 1.3 W/m²K).

3. Double & Triple Glazed Acoustic Glass Units (DGU)

Custom insulated glass units comprised of 6mm tempered outer glass + 12mm air/Argon gas filled aluminum spacer + 6mm Low-Emissivity (Low-E) inner glass. This reduces external traffic decibels by up to 42 dB and slashes air-conditioning power bills by up to 40%.

4. High-Security Hardware & EPDM Weatherproofing

Fitted with German Roto / Kinlong multi-point mushroom cam lock hardware and vulcanized EPDM rubber compression gaskets that ensure complete water tightness against monsoon downpours and dust storms.
